"What makes a dinner truly interesting? Good food and good company."
My dining club began with a simple idea: to bring people together around a table to share great food and stories. It was a hit from the start, with guests from around the world instantly bonding over shared meals. It's a joy to see laughter and friendships bloom in my dining room, and it's even more special knowing that these connections often start with strangers.
Over time, I’ve tweaked things a bit. Now, I offer private tables so that guests can enjoy their own space while still being part of the larger, vibrant atmosphere. Safety and comfort are my top priorities.
Cooking isn't just my job; it's my passion. Since 2013, I've been blending traditional flavours with my own creative twists, always with a focus on fresh, local ingredients. I like to think that my dishes aren't just food, but full-on sensory experiences.
Whether it’s the freshest catch from the sea, a hearty meat dish, or a vibrant vegetarian plate, I aim to cater to all tastes and dietary needs. My menus are a reflection of my love for the Mediterranean's sunny flavours, which I've been lucky to call home since moving to Barcelona from Austria.
The relationships I've built with local farmers and producers are the backbone of my kitchen. They're not just suppliers; they’re partners who care deeply about quality and sustainability.
I owe much of my cooking knowledge to my grandmother, who taught me the value of home-grown ingredients. Those lessons from our garden in Austria have stayed with me, shaping my approach to food that's honest, heartwarming, and wholesome.
I’ve had the pleasure of learning from many great chefs over the years, each one teaching me something new about the art of food. Now, I hope to bring all that experience to your plate, making each meal at my club a memorable one.
