The Degustacion Menu
For the elaboration of the 9-course tasting menu, I use the best organic and regionally sourced ingredients (Catalonia, Pyrenees). The menu is paired with delicious organic wines, a selection of craft beer or non-alcoholic alternatives. The offer also includes a welcome drink, digestive, water bread and butter.
My new venue disposes of an open kitchen, therefore the hobby chefs of you will have the possibility to see the elaboration of the menu from the bar and ask about recipes and ingredients.
