In creating my 9-course tasting menu, I use only the finest ingredients, paired with organic, locally sourced wines from Catalonia and the Pyrenees, craft beer, or non-alcoholic choices. The experience starts with a welcome drink and is rounded off with digestives, water, bread, and butter.
My venue features an open kitchen, allowing the curious chefs among you to watch the menu's creation, chat about recipes, and learn about our select ingredients right from the bar.
